Gerhard Kotzee (Managing Member)

Gerhard Kotzee is a Leadership and Management Developer, Executive Coach and Entrepreneur.

Gerhard is a qualified Metallurgical Engineer (University of Pretoria) with a Masters degree in Business Leadership (University of South Africa).

After 30 years in branded manufacturing businesses locally and internationally, he decided to share his knowledge and experience with corporate- and entrepreneurial businesses.

Gerhard is passionate about transforming business, especially leadership and strategy in large corporates and entrepreneurial businesses.

He is married to Annelize they have five children and thirteen grandchildren (up to now).

Annelize Kotzee (Life Coach)

Annelize Kotzee is a certified Life coach and counsellor in, Family- , Marriage- and Life couching.

Annelize has a degree in Psychology at the University of Pretoria. From this degree sparked the desire within her to help others come to a better understanding of themselves and their circumstances. This desire however was merely strengthened by a lifetime of raising 5 children, foster children and now fifteen grandchildren.

Annelize has been involved in counselling numerous individuals over the past 10 years and further more accomplished to become an accredited life coach with “Balance for Life” coaching, which empowered her to provide a wider spectrum of help to her clients.

Annelize is passionate about building meaningful relationships with people, entailing them to find answers within themselves while motivated to setting achievable personal goals. This is done through the use of Professional coaching tools, to design a personal coaching experience for each individual client.

She will help you find your unique purpose in life. She herself has been married for 35 years to Gerhard.

Nico Liebenberg (Associate) Website

Nico Liebenberg is a Corporate Strategy Facilitator, Human Development Process Designer, and Life- & Executive Coach.

Nico has a Masters degree in Psychology (University of Pretoria).

Nico has been involved in transforming and facilitating change and strategy in corporates, leaders, teams and individuals for 28 years.

Nico is passionate about empowering leaders and motivated individuals to become who they are born to be.

He is married for 26 years to Ronell and they have 5 children.

Collin Jennings (Associate)

Collin Jennings is one of South Africa's most experienced professional speakers and trainers. He is also the principal member of Jennings & Associates, a training organisation with offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town, White river and Durban. Jennings & Associates specialises in the training of all levels of delegates in Body and Mind practises, Leadership, Public Speaking, Change Management, Strategic Thinking, Motivation and Personal Wellness. Collin is a specialist in business and executive coaching and strategic thinking.

Collin is an entrepreneur who started as an engineering trainee during 1977, later switched to marketing and worked his way through the ranks from salesman to General Manager of a large American company before switching careers and joining the organisation which he now owns. He has extensive experience in the manufacturing, wholesale and retail sectors. Jennings & Associates has subsequently worked with the majority of South Africa's premier companies, some of these being, Imperial Holdings, Rand Merchant Bank, Momentum, Coca Cola, Chemserve, Vodacom and many others
